Refund policy
Product-specific return conditions:
- Jewellery, lingerie, and sunglasses may be returned and refunded within 14 days of receipt, provided the product packaging has not been removed and items are in their original, unworn condition.
- Candles are non-refundable and are excluded from our returns policy.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you return the product, we will:
- a) Refund you the price you paid for the products after deducting any reduction in the value of the products that has been caused by your handling them in an unacceptable manner.
- b) You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. If we have offered to collect the product from you, you will be charged with the direct cost to us of collection, this will vary dependent on the distance of collection from our registered address.

- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this clause or anything else in these Terms. You can seek advice on your legal rights from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
